Shannon Kimmel, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Shannon Kimmel has been working in the field of Audiology since 1998. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree of Science, and in 1998 with a Master's degree of Science in Audiology. In 2004, she continued her education and graduated from the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center with a Doctorate in Audiology. Since graduating with her Master's, Shannon has been working with the doctors of Mid-South Ear, Nose and Throat, P.C., and has been committed in providing her patients with the best hearing solutions available. She is dedicated to helping those with hearing loss discover what they have been missing. Shannon is currently commissioned at the Wolf River Location in Suite 120. She performs ENG/VNG testing, EcoG and ABR recordings, basic hearing evaluations and Epley maneuvers. She also works with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers, including Oticon, Starkey, Sonic Innovations, Phonak, ReSound, Siemens and Widex. Shannon is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), and is licensed in the state of Tennessee. She currently lives near Memphis with her family, is involved in the PTO and is active in her community.
Christina P. Cannon, M.S., CCC-A
Christina P. Cannon received both her Bachelor's Degree in Communicative Disorders and Master's Degree in Audiology from the University of Mississippi. She is an active member of The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. Christina joined the Audiology Staff at Mid-South Ear, Nose & Throat in 1998 and has over 20 years of experience performing diagnostic testing and fitting advanced hearing devices.
Shannon D. Seay, M.A., CCC-A
Ms. Seay is a native Memphian who graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in psychology, and the University of Memphis, where she received her Master's degree in Audiology. She has been certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association since 1990, and has been practicing audiology in the Memphis area for over 27 years. She joined the staff at Mid-South Ear, Nose, and Throat in 1993. Ms. Seay provides a full range of audiological services for patients of all ages, as well as patient-centered treatment for hearing loss via hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Lindsey Piper, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Lindsey Piper, a native of the Memphis metro area, joined Mid-South ENT in 2011 after completing an internship with the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Piper was awarded a doctorate of audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2011, and she achieved her undergraduate degree in communicative disorders from the University of Mississippi in 2007. Dr. Piper is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Having hearing loss herself, Dr. Piper is able to relate to patients in a unique way and believes the patient experience comes first.
Skye Crutcher, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Skye Crutcher earned her Doctorate in Audiology from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from the University of Mississippi. Dr. Crutcher is member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has been licensed to practice Audiology in the State of Tennessee since 2012. As a board-certified Doctor of Audiology, she takes special interest in diagnostic audiology, hearing aid dispensing, hearing conservation, tinnitus management and vestibular disorders.
Mary Spencer Aldridge, Au.D.
Dr. Aldridge joined Mid-South ENT in May 2023 following her fourth-year externship placement here. She obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of Memphis in 2023 and a Bachelor’s of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi in 2019. She is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Tennessee. Dr. Aldridge is dedicated to serving the Mid-South community by providing a full-range of audiological services, including diagnostic care and treatment of hearing and balance disorders.
Bree Blackwell, Au.D.
Dr. Bree Blackwell resides in midtown Memphis with her husband and son. She grew up on the Alabama coast where she attended the University of South Alabama for her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences as well as her Doctorate in Audiology. She is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is currently licensed in the state of Tennessee. She starting working for Mid-South Ear, Nose, and Throat in 2017 and provides a range of services to our patients including diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders.
MELANIE G. WHITE, M.S., CCC-A
Melanie G. White, a Mississippi native, has recently joined Mid-South ENT group bearing 25 years of experience in audiology practice. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders in 1998 and Master of Science degree in Audiology in 2000 from the University of Mississippi. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Mrs. White provides a wide range of audiological services including diagnostic testing and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. Due to her own personal experience with hearing loss, hearing aids and cochlear implants, it has been a lifelong goal to help as many people as possible to improve their quality of life. Mrs. White currently lives in Mississippi with her husband of 24 years and 3 children. She has a strong desire to share her faith, and show kindness and love towards others in her community. She looks forward to serving the north MS area at our Olive Branch location.
McKenzie Sandroni, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. McKenzie Sandroni earned her Doctorate in Audiology and Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Memphis in May 2025, following her Bachelor of Science earned at the University of Mississippi in May 2021. She began working at MidSouth ENT following her externship year at Thrive Hearing and Tinnitus Solutions in Memphis, TN. She has held a TN audiology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology since 2025. Dr. Sandroni worked in the Hearing Aid Research Lab at the University of Memphis for 4 years, where she both led and assisted in many research projects. Her experience in research strengthens her clinical decision-making skills and drives her passion to continue reading and learning new evidence to best serve her patients. Dr. Sandroni sees patients for hearing loss, hearing conservation, tinnitus, and balance disorders. Her passion lies in auditory rehabilitation and creating personalized treatment plans for each patient she sees.
